Choose the quality, folder and filename
Set a default quality from Highest down to Lowest, save into a custom folder inside Downloads, and let the filename template keep every file unique.
- Highest, 1080p, 720p, 480p, 360p or Lowest
- Custom sub-folder inside your Downloads directory
- Collision-proof names:

Frequently asked questions
What can I download with this extension?
Videos, GIFs and photos from posts on X (Twitter). For posts with several images, each image is saved as a separate numbered file.
Do I need an account or to sign in?
No. There is no account and no sign-in. Install the extension and a download button appears on posts.
Can I choose the video quality?
Yes. Set a default of Highest, 1080p, 720p, 480p, 360p or Lowest in the extension settings.
Where are my files saved?
In your browser’s Downloads folder. You can choose a custom sub-folder name so downloads stay organized.
How are files named?
With a template made of the user, post text, date and time, and post ID: {user}_{text}_{datetime}_{id}. That keeps filenames unique so files never overwrite each other.
Can I see what I downloaded before?
Yes. The download history shows thumbnails and metadata, supports search, and can be exported as JSON.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. There are no servers, no analytics and no tracking. Everything is processed locally in your browser. See the Privacy Policy for details.
